Are you Caring in Norwich?

Happy Sunday

What would you notice if Caring was valued more, in the way we live and work in Norwich?

Are you Caring for someone in Norwich?  Would you be willing to talk to me about your experiences?

I’m looking at the future of the Caring Economy in Norwich for the Good Economy Commission.    What’s likely to happen for social issues if we continue from where we are now?  What’s our preferred future?

How might we prioritise caring within economic decision-making?  How do we value caring over and above financial impact?

More fundamental than the questions I have, this work is about creating the conditions for Carers’ insights to be heard within the economic work the Commission is leading.

If you are interested in participating, please register your interest below or contact me on 07812 201333; or esmee@socially-adept.co.uk.

I have more detailed information available in a pack.  I can also talk you through this.

The conversations should last between 40 and 55 minutes.   If they can be held via phone or video call that would be great.

We can also find a convenient space to meet if that’s better.

I can talk to you about any practical support or arrangements that will help you participate.  Including alternative ways of participating.

The conversations need to happen in January and February to have the most chance of impact on the Commission’s future work.
